Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the MOAI mobile app, web subscription page, and related digital services.
1. Service
MOAI provides mobile and web-based AI productivity, memo, study, chat, subscription, and related digital services. Features and usage limits may vary by plan, platform, region, device, and product availability.
2. Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity under their account. MOAI may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, attempt fraudulent payments, or interfere with service operations.
3. Subscriptions
MOAI subscriptions provide plan-based usage limits and product access. Subscription benefits, renewal periods, cancellation rules, and billing amounts are shown before purchase. Web card payments may be processed through Creem checkout. iOS and Android in-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
4. Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through the payment provider or platform used for the purchase. Users may manage app store subscriptions through Apple or Google account settings. Web subscriptions may be managed through the available customer portal or by contacting customer support.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the payment method, platform rules, product type, usage history, and applicable consumer protection law. App store purchases are handled under Apple or Google policies. Web payments processed through Creem may be reviewed according to Creem and MOAI refund policies.
6. Ad Center Credits
Registered MOAI users may join the MOAI Ad Center as advertising partners and buy prepaid credits for ad bidding and delivery. Credits are paid in US dollars at 1,000 credits per USD 1, in the packages shown at checkout (for example USD 5, 10, 20, 50 or 100) bought in any quantity (for example, three USD 100 packages = USD 300). Credits can only be bought in the web Ad Center; payments are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia) as Merchant of Record, prices include applicable taxes such as VAT, and Creem issues the receipt. Monthly auto top-up: if you turn it on, Creem charges the monthly amount you choose (in USD 5 steps) and the credits are added each month; you can change the amount or cancel any time before the next charge, and after cancelling no further charges are made once the paid period ends. When you win an auction, the winning amount is paid automatically from your credits; if your available credits are not enough, you must pay within 24 hours or the win may be cancelled. Credits can only be used in the Ad Center and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. Refunds are for a whole purchase only (no partial refunds): a purchase can be refunded within 7 days of payment if none of its credits have been used, free of charge, to the original payment method. Credits are used from the balance held before the purchase first, then from the oldest purchase (for example, if you hold 100 credits, buy 700 and spend 50, the 700-credit purchase can still be refunded). If credits locked in active bids leave too little available balance, the refund becomes available after the auction ends. Campaign refunds under Ad Center policy are returned as credits.
7. Acceptable Use
Users must not use MOAI for illegal activity, infringement, fraud, harassment, unauthorized scraping, abuse of AI systems, attempts to bypass usage limits, or activity that harms other users, MOAI, payment providers, app stores, or third-party services.

9. Changes
MOAI may update these Terms to reflect changes in products, payment providers, laws, or operations. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are posted means the user accepts the updated Terms.
